Your Amazon sign-in credentials expire periodically, at which time you'll need to reconnect your Amazon account to Shop.
For example, you can connect both an Amazon.ca, and an account, but not multiple Amazon.ca accounts. You can connect multiple Amazon accounts to Shop, so long as they aren't in the same Amazon store country.
